It is composed of 3 pans of 20, 24 and 28 cm in diameter, respectively, and two lids, 24 and 28 cm in diameter. We have made them of pressed aluminum, a material that has excellent caloric conductivity conditions. You'll notice how the entire surface is quickly heated to prevent hot spots from forming that make food not homogeneously cooked. In addition, we have incorporated a multi-layer non-stick coating, formed by different layers that prevent food from sticking together. This way you can eat healthier and with less fat. Finally, the whole set is compatible with all types of heat sources on the market, i.e. induction, gas, electrical, glass-ceramic and halogen.
