Description

This pan is made of anodised aluminium. Thanks to the electrolyte treatment used in the manufacturing process, the aluminium is completely sealed and cured so that it does not get into the food. Quantanium non-stick coating reinforced with titanium particles, free from toxins, heavy materials and PFOA free. The piece is very durable and as the surface is very robust, it is also highly resistant to abrasion, deformation and corrosion. Spreads heat evenly and prevents body overheating and ensures excellent cooking results. The handle is made of stainless steel with aluminium rivets that prevent heat transfer. Suitable for all heat sources including induction.
