Step 1 with clean hands, roll ball between fingers for 20 seconds to soften the silicone before applying. Guarantee earplugs maintain a spherical shape. Step 2 ensure the ear is clean and dry. Wear it on your head and lift the top of your ear upward. Step 3 Minimum pressure, use your thumb to gently press silicone ball on external ear canal input to seal. Do not push into the ear canal. Do not roll into cone or cylinder. Do not push into ear canal. Do not split the ear plugs into smaller pieces. Do not wash or reuse. Important: choking hazard. Keep out of reach of children. Suitable for adult home use only. These ear plugs are designed to cover the external ear canal only. Store in a cool, dry place. Attention: These earplugs should NOT be inserted into the ear canal like foam earplugs, they should be moulded to create a seal over the auricle and should never be inserted into the auricle itself.
