This large cold frame can be placed on raised beds as well as directly on the ground. It is ideal for growing young plants in spring, as the growing season of the plants inside is extended by several weeks. The plant bed consists of a wooden frame made of pine wood (Pinus sylvestris, main wood type) and shatterproof, transparent polycarbonate walls that allow sunlight in. The lid can be locked to ensure optimal accessibility to the growing surface. The wood used is FSC® certified and comes from sustainable and environmentally friendly forests from European forests. The production in European production is handmade with a focus on the best quality workmanship. The outer dimensions of the cold frame are approx. 128 x 67 x 31.5 cm (L x W x H). The front height is approx. 22 cm.
