Aufgewachsen in Berlins Brennpunkt Nummer eins, war Maka und Monstar 361 ziemlich schnell klar, d sie eine Karriere im Rap-Game anstreben wollten. So veröffentlichten sie bereits 2005 ihr erstes gemeinsames Album gefolgt von 8 weiteren. Parallel dazu veröffentlichten sie in der Türkei etliche Alben und Features, die millionenfach gestreamt wurden. Es folgte eine ausverkaufte Tour durch 28 Städte in der Türkei. 2018 entschlossen sie sich zu einem Neustart unter dem Namen Maka. Ihr erstes Album Syndikat erscheint am 22.02.19 und enthält solche hochkarätigen Features wie Miv, Fard, 187 Strenbande und last not least Raf Camora. Ihre erste Single Syndikat hat binnen kürzester Zeit mehr als 500.000 clicks bei Youtoube und hohe 6-stellige plays auf allen relevanten Plattformen. Das Video wurde von Raf Camora, 187 Strenbande genauso supported, wie von Silla, Gringo und vielen vielen anderen. Ähnlich wird es bei ihrer nächsten Single Dark Night sein, die dem Vorgänger in nichts nachsteht und so darf man gespannt sein, wie das gesamte Album nun von den Fans angenommen wird.
