Why you should feed your dog with Fit-Crock Classic Lamb Mini: If anybody sees Fit-Crock Classic Mini Lamb nuggets for the first time, the reaction that frequently follows is: "Are these horse dainties?" We have knowingly chosen a large form of nuggets. Dogs are gobblers of food; with the large nuggets one succeeds that the dog begins to chew. This, in turn, cleans the teeth (the nuggets are very tight). Fit-Crock Classic Mini Lamb is not a predigested fodder (like many other, even expensive, feedingstuffs). In the stomach, the feed falls into its pieces, the stomach is not overstretched (the feed does not macerate!) and thus the risk of gastric dilatation volvulus (bloat/ twisted stomach) is reduced. Because the feed has to be digested intensively, the gut mobility is supported and the natural gut cleaning is stimulated. With an optimal gut cleaning the risk of fungal infection in the gut villi (a main reason for the so-called feedingstuff allergy, see also special diet-related support with GutVital) is minimised. Fit-Crock Classic Mini Lamb does not contain any synthetic additives. Thus the metabolism is not forced additionally (further reasons of a so called feedingstuff allergy). Because of the gentle feed processing and the valuable ingredients, the addition of synthetic vitamins and minerals generally is unnecessary. The excrement of the dog gets considerably tighter - this has the following advantages: the anal glands are voided regularly (obstipation is avoided) and the excrement can be removed more easily. Thus we generally advise to feed MicroMineral and GutActive. Small amounts of meat and other appropriate fresh food is often useful.
