If the design of a guitar headplate does not position the mechanics directly in line with the slot in the nut, there is a high friction between the nut and the string. This friction makes it difficult to tune the guitar accurately and the mood can change while playing. In severe cases, it is also difficult to turn the mechanics that can damage them. The String Butler sends the strings directly through the nut, which reduces that annoying friction. Currently available in 3 chrome colors: black, gold and silver.
