BRAIN CAPACITY AND MAINTENANCE OF VISUAL ABILITY: DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal visual ability. The beneficial effect is achieved with the daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.

ROLE IN PREGNANCY: DHA intake by the mother contributes to the normal development of the eyes in the fetus and breastfed infants. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should be informed that the beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega 3 fatty acids in adults, which is 250 mg DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

HOW TO USE: Take 1 capsule daily during or immediately before meals to maintain normal heart function and 2 capsules daily to support brain function, visual ability and pregnancy
