The Moab AM is made of high-quality and robust leather. The oiled nubuck leather from Terracare not only gives the shoe a great look, but also offers more weather protection. A classic lacing combined with the Ortholite® insole provides a perfect fit. The insole has a harder PU foam in the pedal area and supports efficient power transmission to the pedal. An attached toe and heel cap protects against stones and impacts. The EVA midsole provides additional comfort and protection, which has an additional cushioning element in the heel area. The newly developed AM flat sole takes you to a new level in the bike and hike. The graduated hexagon profile in the pedal area combined with the soft SUPtraction® Flat rubber compound ensures perfect grip on the pedal and lots of driving fun. In the toe and heel area, the sole has a deeper profile, which provides the necessary support in carrying and sliding passages. In addition, the hexagons act like dandruff, which wedge when walking into the ground and thus ensure a firm grip in critical passages. The certified leather from Terracare is made in Germany and has been manufactured in a particularly environmentally friendly way. The lining material contains 40% recycled materials. The comfortable insole from Ortholite® is made from environmentally friendly Eco Plush PU foam and 50% recycled polyester.
