The pioneering experience of Pentole Agnelli continues in Shark Skin with the application of the new ferritic primer, by braze welding. In addition to giving the maximum yield on induction hobs, brazing is also synonymous with safety and above all durability.
ENERGY SAVE: Shark skin is suitable for use on induction hobs, with an energy efficiency of 90%, compared to the canon gas hobs of 35%.
DESIGN: for ease of use, Shark Skin has been equipped with an elegant steel handle, shaped at the bottom to better accommodate the grip of the hollow of the hand.
READY TO USE: an exclusive recipe book signed by Paolo Parisi is delivered with Shark Skin, which will accompany you in its use, with an accurate technical description. Shark skin will be sold in a cotton bag to safely store your new Shark skin pan.
Some technical specifications: The body of the pan is 7.5 cm high, while the maximum height due to the handle is 15 cm. The weight of the article is 1.50 kg and the induction disc is 5 mm thick.
