Description

From DREAM TO DRAM, every aspect of THE ENGLISH is born of our fathers & son vision. That vision was to build a legacy of exemplary English whisky with approachable, world class spirits made for sharing. We source the finest grown barley for our whisky, our water is drawn by borehole from the Breckland Acquifer, England’s largest underground source of fresh water, which runs underneath the Norfolk based distillery and every drop of The English whisky is aged in carefully selected barres onsite. Norfolk’s microclimate is optimal for barrel aging, with clean air, mild winters and dry summers. We have breathed new life into English whisky distilling and will continue to set the standard for generations to come. Manufacturer Contact Information St George's Distillery, Roudham, Norfolk

Key Features

THE ENGLISH DISTILLERY was the first registered whisky distillery in over a century and remain at the forefront of the category. At a time when world-class whisky made in England was unthinkable, our father & son founders took a chance and kickstarted a category. Winning ‘World’s Best Single Malt Whisky’ in the World Whiskies Awards 2024 propelled the distillery into the world limelight.

While distilling whisky is a precise craft, there is also an art to producing innovative new liquids that will tickle your palates and delight your dinner guests. To nurture that art, we encourage our distillers to try new things and explore the wide world of flavours (when they aren't making our award-winning whisky ranges, of course). The spirits and liqueurs in The Norfolk range represent the best results of these exceptional experiments.

The Norfolk range of spirits gives our distillers the opportunity to stretch their creativity and celebrate the special character of our beautiful brand home - a place that where people have always taken inspiration from the natural wonders found within its border

Made with our English Single Malt Whisky and lashings of cream, The Norfolk Nog is delicately flavoured, yet decadently rich. Best served on ice, but equally at home poured over ice cream, this is a drink made to be shared with friends who love the finer things (and a little something sweet after dinner).
