BASE Protection B1004G K-Move Aluminium Toe Seamless Upper

The Base Protection K-MOVE B1004B (style B1004B) from the Kaptiv line is an S1P-rated safety trainer designed for adaptive comfort, tear resistance, and dynamic support. Built for high-performance working environments, it combines i-daptive technology with smart materials to offer lightweight, ergonomic protection with lasting durability. The upper is constructed from breathable, tear-resistant fabric that exceeds EN ISO 20345:2011 durability requirements by over 40%. A seamless design improves flexibility and reduces pressure points, while a reinforced toe overcap extends product life in abrasive environments. An aluminium toe cap offers impact protection without the weight of steel, and a ballistic fabric midsole ensures zero penetration under 1100N force. The dual-density PU/HRO rubber sole includes i-daptive technology to absorb shocks, correct posture, and respond to changes in movement. A TPU heel insert offers added rearfoot support, while the Dry’n Air footbed circulates air through ducts to keep feet dry. SmellStop antibacterial lining helps prevent odour and microbial build-up, making the K-MOVE a dependable choice for active professionals in logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing. Composition: Upper – seamless breathable technical fabric; Toe cap – aluminium; Midsole – ballistic fabric; Outsole – PU/HRO rubber with i-daptive technology.
