Add water, swirl, and drain. Add 1 cup water and soak for 6-8hrs. Drain well. RINSE 2-3 times a day, then refill with water. Invert jar, leave to drain. Tiny sprouts form in 2-3 days. PLANT - Add 1-inch layer of soil to tray/pot. Water gently. Sprinkle sprouted seeds evenly across soil. Cover with a plastic lid. Spray water daily. Reomve cover after grass is 1-2 inches.
