FEATURES: These XFORT sliding bolts are a common feature in securing wooden doors and gates. They comprise of a flat solid steel shoot running in a long continuous guide attached by the backplate. The shoot is operated by hand using an attached metal knob. The shoot slides into a keep which is fixed onto an adjacent surface.

WIDE APPLICATION: These door bolts can be used in a variety of situations including internal doors and securing storage units. This may to be keep valuables secure, keep children out of unsafe rooms or just to ensure certain doors remain closed such as attic doors, cellar doors, airing cupboards and other internal cupboards and cabinets. They can also be used as cupboard / cabinet locks, as a gate / shed hook and as bathroom or bedroom latches.

SECURITY: These door latch bolts are strong and durable as they are made from solid steel. This neat finish will ensure the slide feature remains intact and they stay corrosion free. Quite often, they are used as an additional locking point on a door for increased security.

EASY INSTALLATION: They are easy to install as they are surface mounted, which means they only require to be screwed in using the colour matched screws provided. All fixings required are supplied including the keeps and fixing screws.
