Per Serve (Kcal) - 65.75 Directions AMALFI SUNSET SPRITZ. Ingredients: 35ml Malfy Gin Rosa, 50ml San Pelligrino Aranciata Rossa, 50ml prosecco, Orange wheel, thyme sprig & strawberry slices. Directions: build ingredients in a glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine. Garnish with an orange wheel, thyme sprig & strawberry slices. AROMA & TASTING NOTES: The colour is a very pale rose, the aroma is bright, fresh grapefruit, rich Rhubarb, citrys and anise, and the flavour is rich, fresh citrus grapefruit with a rich and long juniper finish

DISTILLATION: Distilled in a stainless vacuum still for 5 hours and then blended with spring water and cut to 41 percent ABV

RECOMMENDED SERVE: Why not try Malfy Rosa G&T? Fill a copa glass with ice, pour 50ml of Malfy Gin Rosa and 125ml of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and garnish with a pink grapefruit
