Excelsa Grill Forn-Ok is made of high-thickness forged aluminium with a 5-layer non-stick coating with mineral particles. This type of non-stick coating allows all types of food to be cooked in a healthy and homogeneous way, avoiding burns, uneven cooking and adding unnecessary seasonings. The product is PFOA free, for the sake of your health and the environment

The handle covers (12.5 cm x 2.5 cm), made of soft touch silicone ensure a secure and ergonomic grip, they are removable so you can handle the grill in total safety even when inserted and removed from the oven

The grill plate measures 47 cm x 24 cm, the base has a supporting diameter on the functional part of the induction or ceramic hobs of 22 cm. The thickness of the product is on the sides is 2.5 mm. The bottom is 5 mm thick and is made of 18/0 stainless steel and high thickness aluminum, thus effectively transmitting heat ensuring fast and even heating of the product. The maximum item footprint is 47 x 29 x H. 4 cm

The Grill Forn-Ok plate can be used on all cooking surfaces (induction, gas, ceramic, electric), including the conventional oven. Thanks to the removable soft touch silicone handles, the product can be used for cooking in a traditional oven up to a maximum temperature of 220 °C. Despite the scratch-resistant surface of the product, care is recommended when using sharp steel utensils that may damage the cooking surface of the grill plate

For the first time you use it is recommended to wash the product with a soft sponge using warm water and hand washing detergent. Then rinse and dry thoroughly. After each use, we recommend letting the product cool to room temperature before washing. The grill plate from the Forn-Ok range is dishwasher safe. For a longer life cycle of your grill plate it is preferable to hand wash using a neutral detergent and a non-abrasive sponge
