Coop Controls has pioneered a convenient, reliable automatic coop door opener kit that lets anyone own free range backyard chickens without disrupting their lifestyle. The kit is adaptable to swing-type doors found on most commercially manufactured chicken coops. The system includes an integrated photo sensor that triggers the system to open the door at sunrise and close the door at sunset. Our Coop Controls kit seamlessly installs onto most chicken coops, no need to replace your existing door or refurbish the coops main structure to automate the door operation. The system includes system control box with control board, operator arm, patent-pending rear mounting hinge, replacement top hinge, mounting hardware, pushbutton with wire, and installation/owners manual.

Key Features

The Coop Controls CKSP Automatic Coop Door Opener Kit is the complete kit to open swinging coop doors that are 16-30 inches wide.

ONE 2x4 piece of wood is required and not included. This 2x4 is used during the installation of the operator arm and requires fasteners (not included) to be installed.

A 12-Volt 7 Amp Hour Battery is required and not included.

The kit includes: One weatherproof system box with the Coop Controls CKBT system controller and battery box, Operator Arm, Rear mounting arm hinge, Slotted and adjustable front mounting bracket, Second hinge for door stability, UL Listed resettable AC transformer with low voltage wire, Non-illuminated pushbutton with low voltage wire, Mounting fasteners for system controller box, mounting brackets, and hinge
