The fireproof ceramic ensures the right moisture content when baking, so that the crumb rises beautifully, remains light and the rolls are nice and crisp on the outside
The bread is crispy and does not need to be removed from the mould during baking. Adding water to the oven is superfluous.
Whether country bread, braided with grains or stick bread with pickled onions - the country bread mould is suitable for many types of bread
Due to the base grooves, the bread does not stick, and the small handles make it easy to handle the mould. The base plate can be stored in the lid for space-saving storage.
All Emile Henry products are made in France. The warranty is 10 years.
