Turkey, farmer's chicken or leg of lamb, the Emile Henry large roasting brick allows you to perfectly cook large poultry and roasts up to 5 kg, without dirtying your oven! Its unique shape ensures excellent heat distribution during cooking: the meat remains tender and soft while the skin of the poultry becomes crispy. In addition, there is no need to water the meat because the rounded lid naturally promotes continuous steam circulation during cooking. Simple to use, place roasting in the centre of the dish, on the bottom or on a bed of small vegetables, or on potatoes. Close the lid and bake. The cooked meat will be fluffy and the candied vegetables! (Made in France, this product is guaranteed for 10 years.)
