Unsulphured and made from 100% natural ingredients, offering an alternative to crystallised and stem ginger.
Our dried gingers are made from natural, raw gingers and have a yellow to brown colour. They retains the hot and spicy taste of fresh ginger, along with an aromatic smell. The texture ranges from soft to firm, with some pieces being naturally more fibrous than others.
