There’s also a high quality built-in microphone, enabling hands free voice calls without the need to access your phone.i from your smart phone, so you can ask questions and receive answers directly through your headphones. First, confirm and increase the volume on your player. Sometimes an accidental “mute” is the culprit. If applicable, ensure that the volume of your headphones is sufficiently high: if your headphone volume is set to zero, the output volume of your player will not matter. If you have verified that both player and headphones volume are sufficiently high, try restarting your player. If the volume button on your Bluetooth headset does not work, your player might not support the exchange of Bluetooth commands (e.g. controlling the volume or picking up the phone). You can verify if your player corresponds to the A/V remote control profile, “AVRCP” by referring to the device manual. If it does not correspond, you can only control the volume via your source device.
