3M Tegaderm Hydrocolloid Thin is very thin, yet highly absorbent dressing, ideal for the management of low to moderate exuding wounds. It combines the excellent moisture vapour permeability of 3M Tegaderm Film Dressing with the absorbency and conformability of an advanced hydrocolloid. The dressing is transparent, allowing observation of the healing process. The layer of 3M Tegaderm Film Dressing covers the hydrocolloid and extends to a border on oval dressings. This gives additional security against dressing edge roll or leakage.
