Place the pad on the desired area of the body, ensuring it is not in direct contact with the skin. 3. Do not leave the heating pad unattended while in use. 4. Keep away from water, children, and pets. Do not use near flammable materials. 5. Unplug the heat pad after use. 6. To clean, detach the power cord and temperature control, and machine wash at 30°C. Safety Warning Do not use for prolonged periods. It will automatically turn off after 90 minutes. Keep away from heat sources and flammable objects.
