Includes music software bundle. The Midiface 8x8 is a USB 3.0 MIDI interface with eight MIDI inputs and outputs. The device comes in a robust and high-quality aluminium housing, all MIDI connections are designed as 5-pin DIN MIDI sockets. The MIDI inputs are located on the back - the MIDI outputs on the front of the interface. With the Midiface 8x8, up to 8 MIDI keyboards, controller and input devices and up to 8 MIDI expanders, sound generators or synthesizers can be easily connected to any computer and controlled with any DAW software. Each MIDI port can manage up to 16 MIDI channels. Red and green LEDs show the data transmitted at each input and output for permanent control. The Midiface 8x8 works class-compliant "Plug & Play" on any computer, no further driver installation is required. Likewise, no power supply is required to operate the Midiface 8x8, the interface works USB bus powered. All necessary connection cables and an extensive music software package are included.
