Incredibly easy installation makes this unit one of the most popular & cost effective systeems on the market. The interlock system is a mandatory requirement for commercial kitchens in the UK and the Banico GM-4CS meets all current Corgi gas regulations for commercial kitchens, along with British Standard 6173:2001. Control Unit ensures that there is no gas flow to burners unless air extraction is present, detected by built in dual fan current sensor. To be used with a gas solenoid valve (not included).
