Description

Makita is the leading manufacturer of professional power tools on the market. The BL1820B 2.0 ah LXT battery has an LED battery fuel gauge indicator to allow the user to monitor the battery charge, works with current Li-ion LXT chargers and has an approximate 24 minute charge time on Makita DC18RC and DC18RD and 45 minutes on DC18SD or DC18SH. Chargers are not included. The BL1820B can be charged anytime, has no memory effect and no discharging is required. The BL1820B is lightweight and has a longer run time, up to 50 per cent more per charge and battery life. Multi contact terminals reduce electrical resistance and increase connection stability, withstanding against vibration and ultimately to ensure a current supply to the tool. The Li-ion range is both lightweight and shock absorbing. It can deliver up to 430 per cent more working capacity during its lifetime, compared to Ni-Cad, and is 40 per cent lighter than Ni-MH. The Li-ion battery has minimal depletion of power during use or in storage over its lifetime. 1 year manufacturer warranty.
