The Bresser C-Stand boom tripod BR-C24 is one of the strongest aluminium tripods for photo studio. All parts and fasteners are made of metal. The C-stand, also known as Century stand, can also hold heavy Fresnell lamps without any problems. With the extension arm, lamps or other accessories can be moved in all directions, whether up, down to the left or right. Studio lamps or flashes can also be attached directly to the tripod spigot connector. The supplied clamps are for pipes with a minimum diameter of 5, 14, 16 and 23 mm and a maximum diameter of 13, 24, 25 and 31 mm. A package (4.9 kg, 8 x 8 x 127.5 cm) includes a boom arm and a thick 35/30/25 mm tripod tube with 3 segments and spigot adapter. The other package (4.2 kg, 27.5 x 11 x 52 cm) contains two clips and the 3-leg base. One clip is used to attach the boom arm and one can be used as a counterweight. Our recommendation: Alternatively, you can hang the counterweight sandbag with the item number F001685 on the second bracket. This gives the boom stand even more stability.
