The QuickScan™ readers are the value line of Datalogic ADC's multi-purpose manual reader range. The QuickScan Lite QW2100 is an entry-level imager scanner specially designed for reading long, sometimes truncated codes that are frequently found in some parts of the world. It is perfect for use in POS, light industry, document management and billing in office environments.. The QW2100 imager is small, lightweight and its ergonomic design provides the user with optimal user comfort for everyday operations. It offers excellent reading performance on most 1D codes, as well as a wide reading angle and a wider scan line, for better capture of long and wide codes typically found on electricity bills, or that are also used by electronic component manufacturers. In addition, the reading line is thinner and brighter, allowing the user to scan at a wide angle without affecting the reading distance. A stand has been specially designed for the QW2100 Imager. Lightweight and foldable, it also features a tilting head, for easy adjustment of reading angles. The QW2100 Imager is available in two interface models: USB or Keyboard Wedge / RS-232. It can be ordered as a single scanner or as a kit with reader, cable and stand, to facilitate hands-free reading.
