The Cara Cara 2 Rescue model has long been the go-to choice for first responders and prepared civilians who want a trustworthy rescue cutting tool at an affordable price. Now this incredibly popular knife is available with a high-visibility orange handle that makes it even easier to access is a critical situation. Its fully serrated sheepfoot blade cuts with aggressive authority and makes short work of seat belts, rope, webbing, and other fibrous materials. Its blunt tip allows it to be used safely around accident victims and prevents puncturing of rafts and other flotation gear. The blade is supported by a textured, fiberglass-reinforced-nylon handle and sturdy back lock mechanism that locks it securely open during use. A four-position clip that supports left or right-side tip-up or tip-down carry ensures that the knife is always poised and ready. It also complements the blade's fully accessible comet-shaped hole to make every aspect of this knife's carry, deployment, and operation completely ambidextrous.

HOLLOW GRIND - It comes with bevels that are ground with a concave radius. The bevels may extend the full width of the blade (full hollow grind) or only a portion of its width.
