The Frankford Arsenal Platinum Series Brass Dryer is a purpose-built drying unit for reloaders, designed to finish the job after wet case cleaning such as rotary tumbling or ultrasonic cleaning. A 500 watt heating unit paired with a top-mounted fan circulates warm air at up to 160°F through five removable, vented trays, drying cases inside and out in under an hour. The forced-air convection design spreads heat evenly across every tray, reducing the risk of watermarks being left on freshly cleaned brass, while the top-mounted fan keeps moisture away from the unit circuitry. Each tray has a fine grated base with retaining ribs to keep cases separated and stop different calibres mixing, so several batches can be dried side by side without sorting them again afterwards. Capacity is generous for a home reloading bench: up to 1,000 pieces of .223 rifle brass or up to 2,000 pieces of 9mm pistol brass per load. Used alongside a Platinum Series rotary tumbler, it turns dirty, tarnished range brass into cases ready for inspection, resizing and reloading with minimal handling time.
