Ingredients Ingredients: Decaffeinated black tea. Directions • Always use good quality tea and freshly drawn water. Water that has already been boiled will have lost oxygen and will give a flat or lifeless cuppa. • Warm the pot. • Use one teaspoonful of tea per person and one for the pot-or one teabag per person and none for the pot. (One Yorkshire tea bag will make two cups of tea). Always separate the tea bags so they can infuse freely. • Pour on boiling water and leave to brew for four to six minutes to draw out all the flavour of the tea. • Stir, pour and add milk or lemon according to taste and enjoy. • Keep your tea in an airtight container away from strong odours and light.
