Description

The EX-44062 PCI-Express I/O card provides two high performance 16C1050 UART RS-232 serial outputs. It is designed for PC, thin client or server to provide instant COM port expansion via the PCI Express Bus. The card is fully PCI Express plug and play compatible and has no problems with IRQ and I/O addresses. In addition, +5V or +12V to pin 9 of the serial connector can be configured for a POS system (power over system). With the EX-44062 two low profile brackets are included so that the card can also be installed in a narrow PC housing. Interface: RS-232 V.24 with FIFO Buffer 16C1050 with 256Byte ±15kV IEC1000-4-2 ESD protection for RS232 I/O's I/O address and interrupt is assigned by the operating system, IRQ Sharing PCIe interface compatible with 1.0a to 3.0 8 bits:
