Product Description KWV Classic Shiraz Red Wine is vibrant Shiraz shows upfront plum and blackcurrant aromas with notes of violets, cloves and dried herbs. The palate is juicy and dimensional with a well-integrated tannin structure and an elegant, lingering finish. Perfect for red meat dishes, grilled chicken or hard cheeses. Machine/hand picked from Vineyards in the Western Cape. Soil in the Western Cape is ancient weathered soils, of alluvial or volcanic origin. 35 Percent oak matured for 8-10 months. 90 Percent French oak and 10 Percent American oak staves.
