Safe and simple: the measuring tip remains in the water bath during the whole process and thanks to the high accuracy of +-0.8 °C, you can always see when the optimal cooking condition is reached.

Measuring range: the measuring range of the Sous-Vide thermometer is from -40 °C to +250 °C and has an automatic switch-off function and is protected against water jets by IP 65.

Attachment: The Sous Vide thermometer can be attached to household containers, such as pots or plastic containers using the mounting magnet, including two metres of PE foam tape.
