It's longer, thicker and has a cotton-feel cover to provide maximum protection and comfort. It is incredibly soft and absorbent at the same time with softness and protection with no compromises. Available in pack of 16 sanitary towels. Directions Insert the napkin with the adhesive strip facing down into your underwear, positioning it in the center. Remove and dispose of the napkin after use, wrapping it in tissue or placing it in a sealed bag before throwing it in the trash. Do not flush the napkin down the toilet. For best results, change the napkin every 4-6 hours or as needed based on your flow.
