Quantofix chloride test strips are semi-quantitative in nature and are designed for easy and rapid determining of chloride ions, the test can be carried out in 10-120 seconds. They meet the most important requirements for a modern quick test. These test strips come in a plastic bottle to protect the strips. The graduation for these strips are 0-500-1000-1500-2000->3000mg/l Cl-. These tests are ready to use, with all necessary equipment and reagents, and are pre-calibrated to save time for the user. The test stick itself is a plastic strip of 0.2mm thickness with the test paper being sealed at the lower end of the strip. The test paper size allows for a clear comparison to the colour scale provided to determine the concentration as the test paper is of a similar size. The colour change for these test strips are from brown to yellow. These strips should be stored between 4 to 30 degrees centigrade. the shelf life of these test sticks is 2.5 years.
