The coat features a lightweight outer which is soft and densely woven making it windproof as well as water resistant. The Stormlock active heather fabric is also highly breathable and features a linen-like mottled pattern. To provide warmth the coat is filled with extremely warm microguard silver synthetic insulation. Metallic particles within the insulation speed up the heating process and helps reflect heat back towards your body. The Jack Wolfskin crystal Iceguard also features a fully adjustable attached hood and extended fleece cuffs in the sleeves to help keep the warmth in.
