NUTRITIOUS Organic Soya Chunks: Soy chunks, also known as Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP), are manufactured from defatted soy flour and are inexpensive, healthy, and safe meat substitute. Soy chunks can be used with meat or used as a stand-alone substitute. Because of their extremely high protein content, soy chunks are an excellent meat substitute. It also includes a variety of vitamins and minerals. It is also a good source of fibre.

HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Regardless of your dietary requirements, these organic soy chunks are the ultimate meat substitute. They are offered as huge cubes or chunks of textured soybeans, are extremely easy to heat and cook, absorb all tastes, and can be simply incorporated into a variety of meals. The numerous conversions to many popular soy-based foods such as miso, tempeh, tofu, soy milk, soy sauce. Simply too many to list!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Soak in hot water or vegetable stock for 10-15 minutes until the chunks have expanded prior to cooking (roughly 1 cup TVP to 7/8 cups stock) Once fully expanded & water has been soaked up it is ready to use. Add to stir-fries, curries & cook until warmed through completely.
