The perfume opens with pleasantly fresh bergamot, enhanced by the spice of lemon leaf, followed after a moment by a hint of pepper. In the heart note, soft heliotrope blossoms make their way through the fragrance, while smoky balsamic resins become louder. The various resins labdanum, opoponax, and incense have a fiery, spicy, and sweet effect on a green floral base. The whole is enveloped in a little white smoke. The perfume develops even more depth and mystery when dark leather emerges in the base note. It adds a subtle masculine nuance to the woody, warming, and balsamic character of pine and sandalwood.
