Description

How to adjust waist length To lengthen the torso/waist, note a white plastic toothed collar covering the gray center post located below the shape's inner skirt. Turn the white collar slightly to the left to disengage the retaining teeth, pull down to desired length, turn the collar to the right to re-engage the teeth. To return to the original height, simply reverse the previous stage. How to adjust the hem gauge: with the hem gauge bar horizontally, unhook the retaining clip from the center collar. Slide the collar up or down until the top of the collar aligns with the required height. Clip in the center collar retaining clip. For full or flared hems, tuck the dress into the dress shape inside out or turn the hem up. Practical tips. 1. Keep the plastic bag provided to cover the shape of the dress and help remove dust. 2. For tight dresses, always leave a partially open vertical seam, finish sewing the seam after you have removed the dress from the form. 3. To close the shape of the dress, use the following sequence: waist height adjustment, neck dial, bust dials, waist dials, and hip dials.
