Homemade fresh pasta - with the manual pasta machine from ADE it is possible in no time at all thanks to the metal crank. To obtain fresh lasagna, simply rotate the dough in the pasta roller. For spaghetti (width 1.5 mm) and fettuccine (width 6.6 mm), simply mount the included cutting accessory. Seven dough thicknesses are available, they are adjusted by the rotary knob on the side. Before putting the pasta machine into operation, it must be fixed well. The stable table clamp ensures the device is fixed on the table or worktop. All components of the pasta machine - the basic device, roller, accessory, crank and tongs - are made of solid materials: stainless steel or nickel-plated carbon steel. The handle of the crank is covered with high quality ABS plastic. This makes it comfortable to hold during work. For drying, homemade pasta is placed on the crosspieces of the wooden dryer.
