Hand taps, in series of 3 pieces, are suitable for threading through and blind holes in iron, mild steel, low strength steel. Rolled drills are "economical" tips due to the production process by hot rolling. They are therefore suitable for all non-industrial uses, where consistency of yields is not required, precision in the hole and accurate degree of finishing. And a tap tap made of lightweight alloy.
