Description Unlike other caps, the RockTape KneeCaps are extra large and specially designed for compression of the VMO (Vastus Medialis - Medium Thigh Muscle) over the patella to ensure exact stability and control. The RockTape knee caps also provide compression and warmth to promote blood circulation.
