The Module 50 LED Spot is a new version of the already well-known Module 50 series from HELLA. The worklight serves as a warning light and is equipped with VISIOTECH projection technology, which makes it possible to visually highlight danger zones and to warn other vehicles or passers-by of an approaching vehicle. This significantly increases occupational safety and prevents accidents. HELLA's lighting engineers have developed a special lens optic, whereby the light beams of the coloured LED are strongly bundled so that a circular warning point is projected onto the ground. This application is suitable for a wide variety of areas. (e.g. forklift trucks). Due to its compact dimensions, the Module 50 LED Spot is particularly suitable for mounting situations with little space. In addition to its compact dimensions, the Module 50 LED Spot also scores with its high energy efficiency. With a power consumption of only 15 watts, this worklight is ideal for use on vehicles with battery operation and where the alternator is already heavily loaded. The integrated electronics protect the unit in the event of reverse polarity and ensure constant brightness even with a fluctuating operating voltage of 9 to 52 volts. This enables use on vehicles with 12, 24 or 48 volts on-board power supply and ensures safe working. The worklight’s black housing is made of aluminium and has cooling fins to ensure the necessary heat dissipation of the high-performance multi-chip LED. In addition, a temperature sensor protects the worklight from overheating.
