PERFORMANCE: A Carbide Tipped heat and wear-resistant hole saw balances cutting and is more durable, sharp, and efficient when cutting hard metal. Carbide technology and optimized tooth geometry make hole cutters cut fast in most applications.

3 PLY TOOTH: Each tooth on the saw features three angles ground into its cutting face, delivering a faster cut while making it more robust than a saw with a two-ply grind. The saw will cut easily, remove the swarf efficiently, and minimize heat build-up.

EJECTOR SPRING: The CTD Hole Saw has an ejector spring placed over the pilot drill, the ejector spring expands and forces out the slug of waste material from the saw after your hole has been cut.

SOLID ONE-PIECE CONSTRUCTION: This tool incorporates the blade and arbor as a single piece body with an interchangable pilot drill, which results in less vibration and greater precision. No assembly is required, just place it on the drill and use it.

CUTTING DEPTH: The CTD will power through sheet metal and stainless steel up to 25mm (1″) thickness, with fixed or portable drills, mains power, or cordless in a fraction of the time taken by a standard hole saw.
