These 8" long Red coloured Thera-Band LOOPs offer a level of resistance that is rated as medium and is a comfortable alternative for tying bands into loops. Thera-Band LOOPs are ideal for lower extremity, shoulder, neck, core and back applications and are available in a range of four colour-coded levels of resistance and in three different lengths, all of which are available in this section of the shop. Proper use of the Thera-Band system for resistive exercise provides the user with both positive and negative force on the muscles, improving strength, range of motion and cooperation of muscle groups.
