This juicer is made of temperature-resistant material and is suitable for all types of cookers - including induction. The device is exceptionally easy to use - it consists of three vessels that are stacked on top of each other: an upper container (10 litres) where the fruit is placed, a middle vessel where the juice flows and a lower vessel to be filled with water. An additional advantage of the juicer is a trigger clamp, which allows the pouring of juice from the middle vessel directly into a carafe, bottle or glass by means of a silicone hose. The advantage of making homemade juices by means of juicers is to preserve a higher nutritional value in the final product. The juices are made very quickly and easily - juice from soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries) is obtained after about a little over half an hour! The juicer is also exceptionally easy to clean - it can be washed in dishwashers. Usage The vessel for water with water up to a height of approx. 2 cm below the top. Then stack the remaining containers on top of each other according to the instructions. Put the prepared washed fruit into the container. Soft fruit, e.g. B. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, currants to the whole, not crushed, pour in. Hard fruit (apples, pears) should be cut into pieces not smaller than 3 cm. Sprinkle the fruit with 100 to 500 g of sugar. Cover the set with the lid and close with a clamp. The prepared set on a heat source (gas, electric hob and similar). and slowly bring to a boil. Under the influence of the resulting water vapour and the increased temperature, juice secretes from the fruit and accumulates in the middle vessel. The time required for the release of the juice is from the moment the water boils (the appearance of steam in the upper vessel): - For soft fruit (strawberries, raspberries) 20-30 minutes; - For semi-soft fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry) 30-40 minutes; - For hard fruit (apples, pears) - 45 - 60 minutes; After approx. 15 minutes from the moment the water boils down, the extractor clamp opens and the collecting juice can be poured directly into bottles or glasses using a silicone hose. Cork the bottles or jars immediately after filling, or close with twist-off caps. Place the juice filled bottles (jars), which are closed with bottle caps or screw caps, in a pot of water and pasteurise for 30 minutes from the moment the water boils. In order to obtain a juice of high quality and long durability, it is important to carry out all previously described work steps in compliance with absolute cleanliness. To wash the elements of the juicer, use dishwashing detergent, but avoid sharp brushes, sharp sponges or scouring powders. Glasses, bottle caps and screw caps should be washed just as thoroughly. It is recommended to wash them a few hours earlier and dry upside down. Warning: Do not scrub the surface of the juicer with coarse scourers. The capacity concerns the container for the fruit.
