This EZ-Close hydraulic and spring-operated gate and door closer is designed to push a door or gate shut and features an adjustable speed control. This closer is equipped with a positive closing system and is often used on swimming pool gates and yard gates where safety and security is required. Comes in a black painted finish. Make sure to save the shipping key to be used in the future to remove the hydraulic spring assembly. Adjust the closing speed by rotating the adjustment screw. Turning the screw clock-wise slows the closing speed and counterclockwise increases the closing speed. (Note: Increase the speed if you have a lock set with a strong latch spring that stops the gate or door from fully closing and latching)
