GOLDEN BEETROOT SEEDS - Mature roots do not become fibrous and avoids the red bleeding / staining of normal varieties. In addition the tops can be harvested and utilized as spinach throughout the season. Good resistance to bolting and stores well.
SOW, GROW, HARVEST - Sow seeds in situ in Spring after the last frost when the ground has warmed up and then plant successive sowings to early summer.
