This luminous super-soft eyeliner glides and blends like a kohl, giving the instant color payoff of a gel liner. Wear as a precision line or gently smudge outwards using the blender for a ‘smoked-out’ look. Eye liner is my go to product and I wouldn’t leave the house without it! I have always been fascinated how one product can both define and totally alter the shape of your eye but finding the ultimate formula has been a challenge. I have worked to create a gel kohl hybrid that has the gentle application and longevity of a gel combined with the bendability and intensity of a kohl pencil. I love to wear a soft sweep for day time and then smudge it outwards for the evening using the blender for a ‘smoked-out’ look.
